TALA Palaces sits within Al Nada, an established villa district on Riyadh’s northern corridor, with direct access to KAFD, Diriyah, and Sports Boulevard.
The development comprises seventeen private palaces. Each occupies its own land parcel, with a private pool and no shared building. SKALE holds the land position and leads design and delivery entirely in-house.
